Jenny: Hello! I'm Jenny, Vice President of WAD. Good news! Assembly Bill 377 / Senate Bill 357 was not added to the Agenda for the full Senate meeting on March 17th. At this time, it seems the bill will not advance and we do not anticipate any additional action on these bills.
It appears that the 2025-2026 Legislative Session has ended.
WAD will now focus on planning for the 2027-2028 Legislative Session. We will share more information once our plans are finalized. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please feel free to share them with the Board.
Thank you!
