The Wisconsin Association of the Deaf (WAD) invites all attendees to register for the WAD Round Table Conference on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at 1:00 to 6:00 pm, hosted by the Madison Association of the Deaf.
Registration is requested for everyone planning to attend, including WAD Board members and representatives from affiliate organizations. The information collected will help us determine attendance and quorum requirements, arrange the meeting space, plan seating, and coordinate other logistical needs to support a successful meeting.
Please complete the registration form for each attendee and provide accurate information about your attendance and whether you are an attendee or a representative for an affiliate organization.
We value your participation and look forward to bringing our Deaf community together from across the state of Wisconsin to share updates, discuss priorities, exchange ideas, and strengthen collaboration among WAD and our affiliate organizations.
