The Wisconsin Association of the Deaf (WAD) is soliciting bids from qualified hotels and conference facilities for its 2027 Biennial Conference. WAD is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Proposed Dates: A Friday–Saturday in June, July, or August 2027 (avoiding Father's Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekends) — exact dates TBD
Estimated Attendance: Approximately 150
Proposed Region: Dane, Rock, Green, and southern Sauk counties
Deadline to Submit: October 25, 2026
